Pricing
How our pricing works
The cost of converting currency has two components. The first is the exchange rate applied to your transaction, which differs from the reference rate by a margin. The second is any transfer fee charged for sending the payment.
On larger amounts the rate is almost always the dominant figure, because a margin is proportional while a fee is usually fixed. On smaller payments the reverse can be true.
We set out the rate and any applicable charges in your transaction-specific quote, so you can review the figures before committing. We do not publish a fixed margin, and we make no claim to offer the best rate available anywhere.
